I found Pancone’s Auto on the internet… just Googled for a repair shop. I had several questions about a used Saab I was considering buying. John was on the phone with me for at least 5 minutes, patiently giving me advice, what to look for when I go see the car, what problems I may find, etc. If I get this car, he’s the one I want to inspect and repair it. The customer service he provided was above and beyond!
